Trespasser deterrent systems

Ace Lake Pump and Sprinkler installs systems to deter trespassers and other assorted hooligans from waterfront properties that activate when unwanted persons try to enter or get too close to your property through your water frontage. Once activated the system proceeds to furiously spray everything on the water frontage for a preset time.

Some water front property owners don't want the liability of dangerous fish hooks from fishermen in boats littering the bottom of their waterfront swimming areas (since rusted fish hooks don't mix with barefoot guests). Others don't like the trash left by trespassers.

As yet we have not engineered an optional system which drowns out the bursts of angry profanity typically uttered by these undesirable trespassers when they are surprised / revealed by our water soaking system (but we are working on it). Actually one customer told us he gets a chuckle out of hearing and then videoing the trespassers holler & run when they get exposed by the system.

He feels that water spray would be a difficult sell to a jury but he claims that dog bite lawsuits are common and with unpredictable outcome. There is also no dog poop or urine on his pristine waterfront. We are patiently waiting for him to begin posting the incidents on YouTube.
