Rates for service and repair

Our minimum 1/2 day rate is $275.00 and the full day rate is discounted slightly to $495.00. All rates are payable at the job site immediately upon completion of the work. We do not invoice or bill. Parts are additional. If the job is large enough in our opinion and the amount of work can be determined fairly accurately we may offer a firm price for all the work (typically only for a full installation or a serious add-on). We reserve the right to charge a dispatch fee for coming out to look at the job which is then fully deducted if a contract for over $1000.00 is commenced within 30 days.

Service and repair terms & conditions

That means as a new customer when we come out to your site for service or repairs you will pay a minimum for 1/2 day rate of labor regardless of whether the problem(s) are fixed in 15 minutes or 4 hours.

However, for existing customers who have already purchased an installation or other substantial pump / sprinkler investment from us we can offer 1/4 day time slots for certain repairs and service. Repairs and service covered under warrantee are not charged.

The only work we perform for less than 1/2 day rate is irrigation controller replacement (sprinkler clock replacement) - - - or direct parts sales for parts with total value of $1000 or more.
